I'm a passionate practitioner of the heart! I love practicing CCT as well as teaching CCT. I was introduced to CCT 2004, and became a teacher 2007.
CCT is a huge part of my life. Its help heal, manifest, and transform my life like no other healing modality out there.

I'm being a mom, or teaching Yoga/Zumba or doing body work. I've been in the healing arts since 1999 as a Licensed Massage Therapist, and now a proud owner of my own Massage and Yoga Studio in Grafton, ND! I've created a wellspring in the Red River Valley of the Midwest.
